My wife went there at 4:00 p.m. this Sunday and the location was closing when the business hours on Google indicate it is open to 11:00 p.m. The lady out there was cleaning and said they were closed. When my wife politely requested for a cup of water she declined saying she was busy and could not offer water. Never going back to this crappy location with ridiculous customer service.
Came for coffee and the place was closed. No one bothered to update the holiday hours just slapped a paper on the door.
Horrible customer service. I have never been greeted, never mind with a smile. Surly is the best way to describe the baristas. I order specialty drinks and not once have they made it according to the recipe which includes things like sprinkles, drizzle, whipped cream etc. They just make the base, milk, syrup and poorly frothed foam. They have loud conversations among themselves so it takes longer to make the drink. I feel like I’m disturbing them by ordering my drink.
