I was pretty disappointed today. I had to wait for 5 minutes to order when no one was ahead of me. I ordered pumpkin spice latte and other things. The flavour was incredibly bland, lacking the rich depth and aroma that I expect from a good cup of coffee. To make matters worse, the coffee was served lukewarm, which is unacceptable for a place that prides itself on serving quality beverages.
