Latte isn't as good as MacDonald's and they're half the PRICE and foamy good, not here. This latte foam not as foamy and so expensive. Told to move aside yet someone barely just got there?! No please Mam honourifics. Not pleased. Service has gone down since I worked at hospital few years ago. Muffins look good. Too expensive and no place to sit anymore in coffee shop. Last visit for me. Cafeteria next. Love the hospital & staff overall.
The owner of this store is very rude. She is the old lady that has 0 smile on her face. Treats her one and only staff that works hard with disrespect, and treats the customers as she sees them: money bag. Also the food prices are absolutely ridiculous! I wouldn't call it expensive, its price gouging.
The most bad and slow service I ever seen she is always in a daze i been there 8 different times it takes her 5 minutes to put the order in the system and 5 minutes to make one cup of stale coffee then after I waited those 10 minutes for her to make someone in front of me a simple tea then she seen someone she knew and said iced tea right and let her cut infront of us still I stayed patient until i seen she was moving even more slowly makes the other persons iced and starts fiddling with the sink so I shook my head and put t... read more
Nice to have a Second Cup here. They have some nice drinks and food. Decent service and some benches to sit and eat nearby.
