DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have NEVER had a such an awful experience with an used car salesman. Let me tell you the timeline of how things went down. I found a truck online and being from Heber I didn't want to have to drive down to just look at it. I called and talked to Thayne Harrison (owner). He said everything was great on the truck and I'd like it and blah blah blah. I asked him if he would lower his price from $16,739 to $16k. The men here are friendly and businesslike. No pushy sales pitch. Instead they gave honest and direct information. I had no idea how long we'd been there because someone was always talking with us. Shane explained every step of the process to us beforehand. We got the truck we wanted and at a really good price with payments that fit our budget. Compared to all the other dealers we had visited, Second Chance is by far the best.
The first time we went to see our options our experience was great, the gentleman we talked to was helpful and focused on us. Last week when we went in, I had to ask the guy some of the selling points of the vehicle we were looking at because he made no attempts to talk up the vehicle. We felt he was just trying to get onto the next person waiting (she had come in and said she was going to buy a car that day.) Because of that, We ended up giving our business to someone else.
