RecommendedVery helpful and friendly environment
After searching all over town for the perfect vehicle, we dropped into Second Chance Auto to see if they had something to accommodate our family. I found my Ford Flex! I'm totally obsessed! Rhett and Jose are so laid back and not one of those pushy car salesmans. They made everything easy and all in all a great buying experience. Definitely recommend!

Just got our new car with these guys! It was an absolute dream of an experience! They were super honest and upfront from start to finish about all the typical “hidden fees” nothing but honest employees. Would definitely recommend them for anyone in driving distance to come check them out!

ANYTHING! They sold my grandchild a 10,000 lemon!! Not only do they(the kids) NOT (engine is fried) have a car they still owe on, they have a baby on the way with no car!!! thanks second chance auto. You suck, the least I can do is notify the BBB

We are sorry you feel this way, but as I explained there was no check engine light on and no codes showing when we sold the car. Used cars are used cars and there is bound to be something eventually that comes up, but after 3 months of owning the car before we we're notified that there was any kind of a problem we don't have any control over that. Also everyone is offered a extended warranty to purchase for the car for things that may be a problem later on, but unfortunately they did not purchase one.
I would never advise anyone to buy from this company, they sell garbage to their customers knowing a vehicle has serious engine problems and not disclosing to the buyer. I wouldn't be surprised to find out we weren't the only ones having to file a law suit against them.

Definitely recommend Second chance! They didn’t try to push me into buying anything, and they worked with my credit! Amazing car buying experience!
