When my daughter was tricked into a bogus rental, SEC helped me to get out of it by providing a thorough inspection. The slumlord had to bring the property up to code or let her break the lease. Efficient service I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a home. They were very fast, friendly and efficient. The report was thorough and easy to understand. I had Dan go back to do a re-inspection after the seller fixed a few things just to make sure it passed the 4 point inspection.
