Highly recommended! Had two inspections inside of two weeks. SEC took good care of us on both occasions. Scheduling was easy, the reports were thorough and well explained. And working with a home inspection company that also specializes in pest/termite inspection is great convenience. Overall, satisfied with the experience and would use them again as well as recommend.
Courteous and Professional Courteous and professional every step of the way. I would certainly use them again. The inspection was done on the date and time promised, and the results were communicated to both myself and my insurer almost immediately. The inspector was pleasant and thorough. I'm happy I took the suggestion of someone that had previously used them.
