It was money well spent. Our inspector Ernie arrived on time and worked hard the whole time. He was very friendly and open to questions from us as he worked his way around the house and grounds. He uncovered some serious problems with part of the roof, flooring and irrigation system which helped us make our ultimate decision not to purchase this property. Ernie also pointed out that the hurricane shutters were missing from the property. We are so glad we hired SEC, it was money well spent.

Great job! First used this company in 2012 when we purchased our current home. We elected to have all of their services offered done. The inspections were done in a professional and timely manner. It was nice to get all inspections done under one roof, same company. I was impressed with their excellent service in 2012 and I can say with certainty that after 6 years, the level of service has remained excellent! I would most definitely recommend them for any home inspection need. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent Service! The service tech was friendly and courteous. We needed some additional info and he waited to file his report until we could get him the paperwork.
