Very poor customer service. My grandfather purchased a refrigerator and was told it would be there on a certain date, when it wasn't and the Sears Outlet was called for an explanation they blamed it on the delivery company. Upon contacting the delivery company they maintained it was the fault of Sears Outlet. Calling back Sears Outlet resulted in very rude and unhelpful interactions with the sales staff and supervisor who threatened "to sue" if this negative experience was shared on social media.
