Great customer service, all associates were able to answer all of my questions. Also the store has a good variety of products at decent prices.
Worst customer service ever 3 months a go I went with my wife getting some stuff and we found a few items we waiting for the cashier about 35 minutes he was the stapling a papers and organize the papers he was so rude and unprofessional we through the items and we didn't buy it
This has to be the worst customer service I've ever gotten. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and skip going to this store. Took me 5 weeks to get my money back after sending my appliances back when they were delivered broken (not working). Had to physically go down to the store and demand it back. Even emailed the district manager twice and got no response.
This is the best store I've been to in a long time. I had great customer service and good prices. The employees and managment was there to help when I needed it and helped me every step of the way. I'm going to be coming here more often, thank you Sears Outlet Store.
Worst Experience ever so far buying a dryer. Was promised delivery on 1-5-15. I am still waiting 2 days for a dryer, empty promises of delivery times. Wrong dryer delivered. More promises about delivery. No delivery. After a total of 20+ calls I still have no dryer and no estimated time of delivery. Maybe tomorrow... hmmm we shall see. Sears Outlet in Austin TX you failed.
The new management team has really made it an enjoyable learning experience from the more knowledgeable associates!
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE! Worst experience I have ever had - lack of ownership of order, lack of accountability for delivering appliance, lack of accountability for delivering appliance without missing pieces, lack of follow through from store management...where do I start? When I went to retrieve missing pieces from dryer in the store - the associate tried to sell me parts I already had after I told him exactly what missing parts I needed?!?!?
Very bad service at this location. The sales rep put in my phone number into the system wrong and has now caused a days-long delay in delivery of my purchase. He didn't care when I explained the situation to him, and shrugged me off and said there was nothing he could do. Very unhappy with my Sears experience.
