Our order was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks after purchase, 3 weeks later they set up a delivery date and did not deliver. It's 2 days later now and we still do not have our order. Greg is condescending and basically useless and so is their delivery service. The savings are not worth the hassle.

Still waiting for a dryer we first ordered almost a week ago. They are really fast taking your money, but really slow delivering your product. STAY AWAY!!!!! This experience has been a nice historic journey into the retail world before Amazon.

My mom and i purchased an oven from this store. Cavan Crocker was our salesman. He did a great job finding what we neded and scheduling delivery. Oven was delivered and installed as scheduled with no delays, problems or issues.

Not very impressed with the manager at this store. He walked up to us while we were looking at a particular fridge. Keep in mind, this one model refrigerator had 24 in stock on site (my husband and I counted). Once we looked up the model number on the fridge and noticed a competitor had the same fridge at an even lower price than there "outlet" price, we brought this to his attention and his response was, "Well go buy it somewhere else". Well that's what we did. Save yourself the time and just price match at another store.

Terrible service!! Never again will I purchase anything from there. Front cashiers and employees just stand around do not care to sell anything and Manager does not know how to deal with exchanges at all. Had us waiting too long for our washer several employees were seen just standing around in the back not working or caring for the customers needs. Just plain rude !!
