Very good customer service
I was very happy with the service here. I called last night to inquire about a laundry center posted online. Crystal let me know which laundry center she had. She made every effort to get me the information I needed. She also let me know there was a major piece of equipment being moved through town & tomorrow morning would be better. We came in looking for a washer and dryer. We were helped out by Kyle, who, let me just say, is an absolute peach. He's a personable guy with a solid knowledge of the ins and outs of his store. He was helpful and attentive and was kind enough to forgive my awkward attempts at small talk. The whole experience was breezy and hassle-free; absolutely recommend.

I just bought a Kitchen Aid 3 door French Door style refrigerator. The manager and his sales staff were all very helpful and professional. I have purchased all of my new stainless steel appliances there at the Webster store.
James and Corbin came out to install a washer and dryer for me today. 5 stars all the way around. James the store manager is fantastic. I called with a problem, and he offered a solution right away. He brought Corbin with him, and they delivered my appliances AND installed them. James was awesome in handling the situation. I was upset because Dwight, who by the way is supposed to be in charge of delivering appliances, actually hung up on me and refused to take my phone calls about a mistake in the delivery order.
