RecommendedWhitney was extremely helpful. She was not a sales person but was super attentive and answered all of our questions. The sales person, Trevor, was too busy talking with another staff person to be bothered and seemed put out to have to ring us up. Whitney printed out the owners manual and installation guide for us. Perhaps she should be in sales and Trevor can put prices on the items.
Sears, y’all need to get it together and give y’alls superstar employee Cleo a raise and a promotion. I have been calling different sears outlets for the past few days now inquiring about a fridge I ordered online that has not arrived..... apparently the other store I ordered from is having issues with their phones. This amazing man offered to stop by the other location on his way to work tomorrow to find out about my order. Talk about going the extra mile!!! His kindness made my day!

Went in to look for a fridge, selection is great, staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. James is awesome and he went above and beyond. He found the fridge I wanted for 50% less than other retailers! This will always be my go to for any appliance. 🤗🙏💲
