Chris A. did a great job helping us pick out this couch based on our needs and what we were looking to get out of this couch. I would highly recommend this store to my friends.
AVIE(Don't think I spelled it right) was great. She was helpful when I called and even more so when we got to the store. The asst manager was also very nice. He pointed out an even better deal to us. Not everything in the store was top notch, but there are deals to be found.
Was supposed to have a washing machine delivered and installed on 10-9-17, but no one called, and the washer was not installed. Called them today, was told that a delivery person would call me, no one called. I am going back to the store tomorrow and ask them what is THE PROBLEM???
Say what you want but the employees who were working Saturday at the sears outlet at i45 and 528 were working their butts off to get a shipment of generators. They did their best to get everyone serviced and out the door as fast as possible.
Horrible customer service. My husband and I was there for over an hour looking at refrigerators and no one bother to help us. When you ask associate a question all we got was I don't know or not sure.
