Purchased a refrigerator Saturday 8/22/15. It was supposed to be delivered Saturday 8/29/15. They called and said delivery would be between 5 and 8PM. I called just before 8 and was told they deliver up until 10 if they are backed up. It's after 10PM now, no delivery and no call explaining anything. Not at all happy.
Sue and I went the outlet store and shop several time before we decided to purchase a fridge. We found what we thought was a good one. He plug it up showed us how the setting work. We did the 3 yr extended warranty. That was on 5/15/15 and it was to be delivered 5/18/15 between on 1-4. I get a call to confirm delivery so I confirm. On 5/18 I get call from delivery driver that he would be here in half hour at 1:30. I didn't hear phone so he left message say that with the rain did I want it delivered? Bought a lawn mower to be delivered Tue, Sep 9, but no one showed up. The store's response is to wait until 4:00 pm today and contact the store again if we don't hear anything from delivery. Where is the lawn mower? Does anyone at the store have a clue?
