Employee was hustling some older man to lease his appliance. Told him "too late now to change your mind. You already said yes." He hadn't even swiped his card yet. Then, 3 other employees sat around chatting instead of helping me. I left and went to Appliance Smart. Bought 5 new appliances.
HORRIBLE - PLEASE PLEASE don't even think about going to this store!! The customer service is atrocious...I don't even know where to begin....the dryer I bought is still not functional and I STILL haven't received a call (that I was told I would get multiple times) to come and finish the installation. It's been 5 days since the delivery (which was literally a week and a half AFTER I bought it) and I've been in the store more than four times just to try and talk to someone about WHERE IN THE HECK the so called "service people... read more
Omg I was so glad to see Kay back at work. I came to the store twice and she was off both days I then came back and was able to meet her for the first time.I wanted to meet the person behind all the great reviews. After finally meeting her I see why she got so many great reviews she awesome!!! I wish they had more caring people like her in this world. She's a great asset to the company and I will definitely refer friends and family to come shop with Kay.

They are giving me the run around on my order. Passing me between different people. I can not get an update on my order. They have my money, they must like that. But no confirmation that my order is being processed. I would never recommend anyone purchase anything from them online.
