If they answered the phone and properly scheduled deliveries I have tried to return a refrigerator now for three weeks after paying for delivery.
Their customer service sucks. Can't get anyone on the phone and don't let them talk you into the "warranty" because the warranty department apparently doesn't service Sears Outlet merchandise. Spent 30 minutes on hold for them to tell me they couldn't help me and refused to transfer me to a manager.
manger is why SEARS is going out broke package in shipping over a week still there shop Amazon you wont go thew this
Waiting on delivery 4 hrs past schedule, promised and then cacelled!
