Start answering the phone. Provided a delivery time window by the day of delivery. Update web site. If you have problems with your delivery people, FIX IT. These are some of the same problems that Sears has had for years. They hire then advance people to a level beyond their abilities. Very little customer concern.
you stole my money, a place order 4/6 4/11 they tell me they had to look for one. i said no thanks refund please. now can't get anyone to give it to me online for couple days last week kept tell me refund was done i should see 3 to 5 days. $450 not be a lot of money to you but it's a lot to me

I bought a stove online after it said online it was in stock, and was told it would take up to 10 days to arrive at the store. When I called to ask the store about this the lady who picked up told me she didnt have time to check. So I called back, every day. Half the time they don’t pick up, the other time they just leave you on hold bc they don’t have time to look. I emailed customer service last week to check on the status of my order and no response.
