Stove reads new out of box. Get stove completely damaged. Call manager, manager says just bc it says new doesn't mean it's not damaged, we are an outlet store. Get stove hooked up. No burners. RecommendedJust bought a new fridge and our sales person, Andrew, was very knowledgeable and stayed late to make sure we got the fridge we wanted. Closing was 8pm and we didn’t finish up to 830pm. Thanks for all your help! Definitely appreciated since this was our third trip trying to find the right fridge.

Start answering the phone. Provided a delivery time window by the day of delivery. Update web site. If you have problems with your delivery people, FIX IT. These are some of the same problems that Sears has had for years. They hire then advance people to a level beyond their abilities. Very little customer concern.
Definitely do not recommend anyone to visit the Southside location. VERY rude manager and they are not very efficient. I was supposed to have a delivery on the 5th and they had a huge mix up even tho it was ordered prior to the delivery day. Spoke to Kyle from the North location and they went ABOVE & BEYOND to help out, sending me pics of other items. (they no longer had my whole order) its now the 7th.
