Great store and service I really enjoyed the experience.
I am an internet research nerd when it comes to appliances, I got a great price on a dishwasher from this store, less than what I was going to pay for the same product in Ann Arbor. I had a problem with delivery, but I called the store manager over there and they took care of me right away, which made up for it totally. I definitely recommend you check this place out if you are looking for an appliance.

I had an excellent experience with the staff at Sears Outlet Livonia. Prior to my arrival, my brother called and spoke with a young lady, Lisa regarding and appliance we saw on the website. She took the limited Information we had and gave us as much details regarding the refrigerator, beyond the website details, such as deminions and dent locations. I had a FANTASTIC experience at Sears Outlet in Livonia! I called to make sure they had the stove I wanted in stock & Janice was very helpful. She held my stove for me & they knew who I was when I walked in the door. El took me over to show me the stove & rang me up! He honored the online price even though the tag said it was more! All of the staff was very welcoming and friendly!
