I spent over a thousand dollars on a 3 piece sectional after waiting for a hour to have it loaded because they only had one person to do it they dropped it my boyfriend had to go in there warehouse to pull it off their worker I get my couch home and it's torn and has marks all over it so when I called sears I was told that they wouldn't pick up the couch and I'm with out furniture until Monday and I have to do all the loading because of there mistake having one person to load a couch that big they have been nothing but rude ... read more
Best customer service I've ever had at ANY store. The manager Ashlee gave me the best service and actually cares about her customers and goes out of her way to make sure they're happy.
