RecommendedThere was a mix up on the fridge that I ordered, and I was given a different model from the one I had originally ordered, with a dent, missing ice maker and base trim. Artem the store manager promptly arranged the delivery of the missing parts and we agreed I would receive a credit for the dent. He was very competent, pleasant to deal with, and prompt to return calls. Thank you for resolving a potentially stressful experience. 5 Stars Artem!

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING THEIR DEFECTIVE APPLIANCES, IT'S A SCAM! During the pandemic I made the mistake of buying a fridge that was being sold as "New Out of the Box." My old fridge was freezing vegetable and I panicked that I would loose a fridge worth of food during the time when you couldn't really go out. I’m very disappointed. I’ve purchased many appliances over the years from Sears Outlet and have always been happy with our purchase. Not this time. We were sold a dish washer that when installed doesn’t work. Now we are out all the money we spent, because it’s out of manufactures warranty and we can’t return the broken appliance we were sold.
