DJ / Lisa was phenomenal !!! They were friendly knowledgeable and patient as they guided towards they best product for me...definitely will return I wrote a review yesterday but I don't see it so I wrote another one...I'm not experience in using fb..I actually can't stand it...but for them i went on to write this. If your looking for fair price and most importantly great service...GO TO SEARS OUTLET IN WEST HAVEN!!!
Purchased a stove and refrigerator, the delivery went all wrong. Spoke with DJ the sales manager about it and he went above and beyond to make it right. I have used Sears Outlet for my home needs, and will go there again. Especially after the excellent customer service from DJ and Ishmael. Thanks.
DJ is Super friendly, fantastic, and friendly! In and out with a great mattress deal! Got my dishwasher here last year.
