DJ was amazing ... He was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Even though he was busy when we arrived he greeted us as soon we walked in the door! I would highly recommend this place!
DJ was so helpful! It was really busy in there and he kept checking up on us to see if he could answer any questions about the fridges we were looking at. Can't wait for the fridge to be delivered!
I just want to show my gratitude for Miguel Perez who is an employee of the West Haven outlet. Even though he was no longer a front house employee, he took care of our needs since he was the one we dealt with the first time we went in. He went above and beyond for us and I was very impressed by his dedication to making sure we were satisfied. He is a wonderful person and made our experience great!
Just purchased pruning shears at the Sears Outlet in West Haven. The staff there was incredibly nice and helpful especially DJ and Joseph. For great prices and customer service I highly recommend Sears outlet and west haven.
