My reason for going back to the store is how they dealt with the problem I had. They took responsibility, no questions asked, and solved it. If you find the right appliance there, it is worth it. Only negative-terrible lighting.

I had the best customer service experience ever at Sears Outlet in West Haven today!! Adam and Donovan went above and beyond helped solve a very large problem. I will do business with them the next time I have a need for a product they offer, I give Sears Outlet in West Haven my highest recommendation.

I recently purchased new appliances and the staff were great. Adam, the manager was very knowledgeable and will go back for a washer and dryer soon! The delivery guys were great as well. I strongly recommend West Haven Sears Outlet!
