I want to thank Dieast Hawley for a great customer experience tonight at Sears outlet. I went in looking for a range hood for over the stove is knowledge and professionalism was just what I was looking for because I didn’t have a clue about what I needed. purchase a set of washer and drier. drier was broken, came to the store with the broken drier. they gave me a different brand to take home. this was in may and to date I have not the right set of drier. not mentioning that no one has ever called me to give an update. tired of poor customer service
came here and had a great experience. friendly staff. products are a little dinged but prices are amazing. definitely shopping here again
