June 1, 2020. A&E Service tech shows up to diagnose my Kenmore Elite Bottom Freezer error code eR-CF. This was two weeks after I called for service on the refrigerator. He looked at the serial number then I gave him the history of events. He did nothing but get the serial number , which I had provided to the service call in center. He did not remove the compressor cover or check voltages etc. He determined it was the compressor fan due to the code. He did not check the main board either. This is our second time this year needing appliance repair service, and both times we turned to Sears. Both times we had great service that went above and beyond. I highly recommend Sears home service. Laurel
Have reliable English speaking agents for telephone assistance. Reliable parts that come when they are suppose to. Waited two plus weeks for service and parts. Technician was supportive and service qualified. Referred questions back to telephone operators regarding compensation for food ruin due to cooling fan freezing electrical wiring harness. Requested reading materials on warranty. Have not received them. Technician - 8 (out of Ten) Phone people - 1 (out of Ten)
Sears Home Services - A & E - is just excellent ! Its very easy to use the web site to schedule an appointment. The technician calls before arrival. In my experience, all the technicians are very knowledgeable and capable. They are efficient - they do their job quickly and well. Charges are explained immediately. I recommend Sears Home Services - A & E - highly !
I only had to wait four days for the repair person. My wash machine had quit. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Had the repair done in an hour.
Fixed my fridge in a Jiffy. Repair person (Kenny) is helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly.
We had excellent service on the Whirlpool refrigerator from the Sears technician. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I am completely satisfied.
