I am so thankful for Sears Hometown Store in Cleburne Texas!! My stepdad was visiting from Kentucky and wanted to buy some Craftsman tools. He was very pleased with the selection the store had on hand and was helped with ordering some things that weren’t in stock. Thank you for giving a Kentucky farmer a great experience!

We have bought most of our kitchen appliances from Sear Hometown Store in Cleburne. We now have all Kenmore appliances and are very pleased with them. We recently bought a Kenmore refrigerator, and Philip, our sales associate was most helpful and knowledgable. Joe Macaluso, our deliveryman/installer, was very careful and efficient. He reviewed all of the features of the refrigerator before he left. Customer service is great, and we will recommend Sears Hometown store to family and friends.
Purchased a 41 piece Craftsman ratchet set at a hardware store in the town where I work...2 yrs later, the ratchet seized and would not operate properly. Sears has always replaced Craftsmen tools when broken/not safe to use...the hardware store I purchased it from told me they couldn’t replace the ratchet because it was part of a kit??? Daniel was a huge help for my husband and I today! He helped us track down what we needed and was the most friendly salesperson we have dealt with in a while. We appreciated him giving us information about sales going on and making sure we got the best price on what we needed. Absolutely the worst customer service Go to Lowe’s and get a better price and they actually have products in stock.
Very poor customer service, no one wanted to stand behind product!!!! Excluding owner!!! Will never do business there again. Will make the trip to Fort Worth!
