This is my first experience at Sears in Cleburne, I purchased a riding mower from them. It was a full service experience, knowledgeable sales staff. prompt delivery and trouble shooting. I will purchase all my appliances and lawn equipment from them. Great experience.

Cleburne has the best Sears....About a year ago I purchased a very good washer and dryer.....however the washer was more "techy" than I could handle. I mentioned it to the store manager while shopping recently. He immediately encouraged me to pick out a washer from his current inventory that I would be comfortable with and he would handle the rest.....I ended up with a brand new washer for practically no cost...what he basically did was take the one I was not comfortable with and gave me one that I was comfortable with.....t... read more
Mr. Greenslade has overseen the loss of our entire kitchen appliance purchase. We have asked for delivery of our refrigerator, 43 inch gas chef range, top of line dishwasher, and trash compactor. They have disappeared from their storage. We then asked for a refund and were refused. So Sears has declined to deliver and to pay us back the over $5,000.00 owed.
