I highly recommend shopping at Sears especially for Appliances. We recently purchased a new washer and dryer and working with Daniel Ortegon made it easy to select what we needed. I will return to the store and ask for Daniel in the future for other needs. Thank you Daniel for the help!!!!

Year ago we remodeled our 35 year old home. And we replaced our older "Sears" appliances with new ones. ....then the micro wave went out the first of Dec. After 4 attempts at repairing it, Brian, the owner of our Hometown store is replacing it! Along with a 3yr warranty! Many CHEERS to this store and their employees for great customer service. Really thankful we have a Sears here in Cleburne......family traditions! Becky H.

I bought a gas cook stove about 2 months ago and the oven went out after about a month. I called for someone to come out and fix it. To make a long story short, it was going to take about 3 weeks and a part had to be ordered. I went to the store and told them my problem. The manager ordered a new stove for me. They fixed my problem in less than a week. I am very pleased with the customer service and will continue to buy my appliances there.
Best customer service. Bought a fridge from home depot and they brought it out to deliver but our stairs didn't satisfy them and we had dogs that would lick. So we went to Sears and they got out fridge out the next day and installed it with no problem and didnt mind dogs or the stairs. So Sears will have our service anytime. Thanks
I bought a craftmans t1400 riding lawnmower in May with 2 weeks battery went dead needless to say after 5 batteries and 1 tech coming out saying there was transmission fluid in the motor and I only had this since mid may they sent out another tech out who said he was not going to touch it due to what other tech said prior visit. Bryan the manager is not going to honor the warranty saying Customer Abuse.i pay 261 a month Didn't due anything to cause this and they are not going to stand behind their warranty.
