Megan and I went and bought our appliances today. They had the best deals and best service around, Bill was awesome!! We're going to love our kitchen with our new stainless steal Kenmore appliances!
The customer service and professionalism was great in the store. Daniel was great with helping us. The delivery service was awesome. Tony and Brian did everything possible to get it placed right. This involved climbing over the dryer and lifting the washer in the air to get it in (they insisted and nobody was hurt). Lol. They were awesome. I appreciate the hard work guys.
We called Sears because our riding lawn mower wasn’t working properly. Talked to Daniel and explained that we had no way of getting it to the store for repair. He told us that they could pick it up and return after it was fixed. The mower was picked up on-a Thursday and returned on Friday and the mower was running good as new. Thanks to everyone involved and for making the process very smooth. We have also purchased several household appliances and accessories for our mower at this store and the staff is always very helpful.... read more

Can't beat the service and great guys, Bryan, Tony and Daniel. After hours too. will be buying our next appliance at our Sears store.
Ask for scott!! Helped us with a washer dryer. Moving a good distance and thanks to his help, we were buying the wrong size and he caught it knows his business and he sure saved us from a long distance disaster we also bought a fridge there last year customer service and installation impeccable customers for life AAAA plus store
Brian Greenslade from the Cleburne Store was fantastic in helping me with a warranty issue. Not only did he solve my problem but he helped me get what I needed with no stress and no drama. Great store and great people.
If you need appliances you really should check out Sears on Henderson. When we first moved here I didn't realize they can order all sorts of brand names. I just had another install (this time a double oven) and again had a great experience. They are easy to work with and the install people are always friendly and efficient. They know what they are doing and are happy to show you how things work and how to maintain your appliance. It's a great local owned store!
