RecommendedWasher spinning off center. Called Sears for a service call (Kenmore washer) after taking our information, the service operator said that for an additional $20. would buy a 30 fix or replace policy that would cover all of our appliances. OK, we agreed; later to find that it was a year long policy at the cost of $39.95 per month! Took several phone calls but I got contract cancelled. The service man showed up as promised, replaced a $40. part, tested it and all is good. Washer works fine and has a 90 day warranty on service.
I swear by Sears. Tools, Kenmore, and customer service!

I have a refrigerator that just had my technician stumped but he never wavered during troubleshooting and was able to fix it. Actually saw two technicians and I want to say "Thanks!" to both Tim and Jose! You were awesome!"
