We hired Sears to come out and clean our very soiled carpets. We have always shampooed the carpeting ourselves but we had reached the point of no return so we figured we would try professional cleaning to see if we could get a few more years out of the floor covering. Sears did a fantastic job! Stains that had been there for years are gone and the carpeting looks new (ok, new-ish).
