Great people and they did a great job cleaning r carpets. We had hot pink paint on our carpets that we didn't think would ever come off and they got it off, wouldnt leave till they made sure that stain was gone, would use them again
Just had my couch and loveseat cleaned and the professional, Patrick, that did it was awesome. He explained everything, and was very thorough. He was very careful, and cleaned up in a very efficient way.
Excellent service use Sears every year for the past 15 years, with excellent results I recommend Adrian E.'s crew, I have used them the last 3 or 4 times I've had my carpet cleaned, and they do the best job of all the other crews, very professional and helpful!!!!!

Just had 3 rooms and my hallway cleaned my Sears and was very pleased. Our family room was really soiled and spotted. Sears was able to get all the spots up. I thank Kyle C. , and his partner for there kindness and explanation of what they were doing and why. I will be using Sears again, and God Bless them for there service.

15 years with Sears Carpet Cleaning. Love the service you get from the guys they send out. Only had one team member I didn't prefer but Sear's was quick to make it right and sent another team the next day! The pricing unbeatable!
This is the third time I have had Sears Carpet Cleaning and am very satisfied. The 2 techs were courteous, and extremely helpful. I needed the hall done first so that it would dry for use of the bathroom, and Pat did - extra use of the vacuum to pull as much liquid out of the carpet as possible. They were prompt, and did a great job in an amazingly short period of time. They moved the furniture and replaced it. I will definitely use Sears again.
