Recently got my carpet cleaned and I was not pleased with the initial cleaning, Sears came out and cleaned my carpet again at my request, this time leaving my carpet dirtier than the first cleaning. The technicians were Polite and got my carpet cleaned from spots and dirt. Gave me tips on how to set my thermostat to help my carpet dry. I’ve already recommended Sears to one of my friends at my water aerobics class. She’s gonna give you guys a call today
Stains are still on the carpet and it took 2 days to dry they said it would dry in a few hours
If you use this company get the total upfront, there’s extra charges at the end. Will not recommend or use them again.
When I was booking, I said I wanted the same price and service I had a few months prior at the same exact place. I was given the same quote, $233, great! After they finished, $273! New management, the space is bigger than we thought, blah blah blah. I got juiced and Damon gave me some �� excuses that made no sense. Screw Sears, we will use other more professional cleaners where a quote is the price you pay. Oh yea, they were late too.
