Terrible job! Carpets were left dirty. Left carpets soaked where a musty odor occurred. I cleaned the carpets with my own home cleaner after sears buffalo grove came and the water was filthy. Refusing refund!! Only refunded 1/2. I have pictures as proof of a job not done. Dirty water and lint and fuzz picked up. Not to mention, technicians showed up hours past reservation window. Terrible service!!!!
Recommendedtechnician showed up in time was very careful with our home and did a great job cleaning our carpet. he was polite and respectful as well.
I was given a different price at booking versus when they showed up even though we went room by room at booking. Also, I had a 3 to 6 time window for a week and they showed up at 11:15 a.m. When I said I wasn't ready yet a manager called me and said that 3 to 6 was booked up and there was a system glitch. He never apologized or tried to fit me in- he asked if they could just do it now. I called to voice my concerns the next day and was told by the call center rep that a manag… See more

Very good in and out ! And when I saw a stain in bedroom that didn’t come out I called they came back in two days to take care of it.

after calling around for estimates they were the fairest quote. they didnt push for the extras and did what i asked. this is the 3rd time and ill use them again
Sears pricing was fair; they followed up ahead of time (I made my appt on line) to establish exactly when they would come. The arrived at the appointed time on the dot - they did an excellent job - and quickly and efficiently. They were polite, friendly, and respectful. I would definitely recomment them to anyone else.
