Worst service ever!! They will finish your car and then never call you to say it's finished, until "it's convenient for them" to call you. This has happened not just once but twice. Now I'm stuck at work with no car because I was assured it would be finished this morning and then even after my husband took the morning off of work, he did not get a call that it was finished until I had to call them myself to ask if it was ready. They will be closed before I get off work, and they don't open until I'm at work tomorrow morning.... read more
You have the worst service, worst managers, and worst follow up customer service ever!!! The wheel fell off my car as I was driving! Actually fell off! Wtf!! Then you offer a $100 credit! Cost me more in cans for 2 days. You didn't do the original job correctly either! Local manager and district manager now refusing to return my call! Shady operation. Stay clear. I've got photos of the crappy job too if you'd like to see it!
I recently brought my car in for new tires and an alignment. I provided the tires. I asked for a quote and was given one. When I showed up on the day of the appointment the price was approximately $50 more than the quote. I was told that they forgot to include the mounting charge for the tires in the first quote. OK people make mistakes. However, the service was jot up to par either. They never called me when the job was completed (as promised).
