Finally great customer service at Sears auto Center in Key West! Heather took great care of us this morning. I got my tires rotated and my oil changed with no hassle and friendly smile!!
Dropped my car off for a tire patch, never hear back from them, I go to pick it up and I'm told "Our technicians couldn't find the hole, it must be a bad tpms sensor." After hearing the horror stories of incompetence, I took it home and got the tire off. There is practically a rail road spike driven through the sidewall. "Trained" technicians. What a joke.
I just learned from an honest auto shop that Sears Auto center in Key West Florida broke a tire sensor when installing new tires on my car, them told me that the sensors were not compatible with the new tires and that I needed to buy new ones. I told them that I didn’t need tire sensors, and to install the tires without them. The honest shop just told me that 3 sensors are working and one is broken. Sears auto is a crooked company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!
I got a flat tire I tried calling Sears for 3 hours and they never answer their phone in any department. So I went in and stood in line for 40 minutes to find out they did have my tire in stock the girl told me that it would only take about 15 minutes to put it on to bring the tire in. Took my tire in the girl told me oh we got busy it will be two hours to two and a half hours. Never received a phone call try calling still wouldn't answer their phone at 4 hours went to pick up my tire was told oh it's not done yet it's going... read more
Sears auto is grossly negligent. Highly suggest not taking your vehicle to them
