Ssssssllllloooowwwwwww. Scheduled an appointment ahead of time for a simple oil change and alignment. It's 3 1/2 hours later and I'm still sitting here on the damn floor waiting for some sort of service.
Waited two hours (they said it would be 2 hours), then got a call saying it'd be another hour and a half.
