If you have your oil changed, make sure they show you the dip stick -with the oil showing at the full line. My son had to take Sears (Castleton Mall)to small claims because they forgot the oil on his Scion XB. They denied they did anything wrong. We won the case. If Sears would have done the right thing it would not have cost them a lot of extra money �. Court costs, mechanical experts fees, lawyer fees and his car repair costs.

Great customer services. They were honest about what I needed and always give me a fair price. Very good experience!!
Ran over a nail late in the afternoon and got here about 10 mins before they close on Saturday. They took the car in and took care of the tire in less than 20 mins. No other place, like Firestone or TireBarn, would have done it for me. Very happy with the stuff, especially Nick, and the overall service.
Getting your tires rotated and aligned? Well if so, don't bother to make an appointment, the wait is still 1.5+ hr long.
Bad customer service and condescending! We were told it would take maybe more than 2 hours for a simple tire patch and brake check. No problem. We walked around the mall with our 3 year old and went back to check on our car after 3 hours. We were told our total is $19 before we waited ANOTHER hour watching no one work on our car. I asked how our total jumped up to $34 during payment and he tells my husband "we live in America, taxes are high" because apparently he couldn't answer me. I made an appointment online drove 40 minutes to get there to find out there is a known glitch in the system and it doest show online appointments. Found out that I would have to wait 2 hours for them to "fit me in". I called to make a complaint and the only thing they kept saying is there is a glitch. If it's know why are they not fixing it!!!
