I agree with the other comments made. The serviceman called and arrived as scheduled. He was able to repair my washer immediately as he had the part needed in his van.
Service Tech arrived when he said he would and assessed the problem rapidly. He ordered the part and made an appointment to come back and install it. Very happy with the service.
