RecommendedHe came to our home at the schudled time. We discussed what happened and he located the problem within 5-10 minutes. While we were cleaning behind the oven, he went to his truck to order the needed parts. When he returned, he reinstalled the oven and checked everything. He discussed with us what we could use until the new parts arrive. We scheduled a time for his return. The instillation of the new parts took 10-15 minutes. don't bother making an appointment, they just won't show up and when you call they tell you "sorry i know you had an appointment for today but we don't have anyone available" what kind of business does that?!

Very pleased - recommend. Technician was very friendly and thorough. She knew what to do and who to turn to for added assistance when necessary.
Jonathan was the tech that repaired my washer. He promptly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.
I have a refrigerator that just had my technician stumped but he never wavered during troubleshooting and was able to fix it. Actually saw two technicians and I want to say "Thanks!" to both Tim and Jose! You were awesome!"
