Wonderful service. Service person was professional, respectiful, quick, efficient, and knowledgeable.
Carlos, the technician, was great. He quickly figured out the problem with my washing machine (a shorted timer), ordered a new one and adjusted his schedule to install it on the day that I was home a few days later. The price wasn't unreasonable either. Would definitely use them again.
Service man arrived on time, explained what he thought was the issue, he gave us his suggestions, we made a decision and he left. He was helpful and knowledgeable.
