It was time for the annual PM to be done on my dishwasher. I called on Monday, June 27th, and Jack came out on that Thursday. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some tips that I wasn't aware of before. He was pleasant and courteous. Thanks Jack!

Best service ever! Called a Saturday gave me an appointment for Monday very efficient agent! Reconfirmed my appointment later . Serviceman called when he was on his way ! He was very nice and proffesional fixed my micro and knew right away what was wrong. Very impressed with Sears service! 5 stars for sure!
I was so impressed with our service technician. He was very nice and very honest, Part had to be ordered and was delivered on time and when he came back to install it part was correct and he fixed our washer and washer door, I have been with sears for over 50 years and my mother felt Sears was the only place to purchase appliances plus other things so you could say I was raised by Sears even when it was mail order only where I lived. On time and completed repairs. Great services, professional attitude.
The service man did a thorough and efficient job to diagnose and fix them problem. He was neat and very courteous. Sears usually has a very high caliber of service professionals. The call center is another issue all together.
Sears really has it's act together regarding service repairs. Very impressed with the first telephone contact and rep made things happen quickly. My water softener was under warranty (highly recommend) and tech arrived, diagnosed the problem, ordered part, and back a few days later to install the new part. Works perfect. Great job.
The service man was polite, on time and thorough. I am very satisfied.
