The sears guy fixed my washer within about 15 minutes. It needed a new switch. It was fast but a bit costly. It would have cost $203 but I looked online and found a 20% off coupon for repairs. I would have given a 5 star but serviceman' s attitude was not the best. However, he knew his stuff when it came to repairs.
I would give zero / negative score if I could. Several years after purchasing a Sears Service Agreement they decided that I was ineligible to purchase the agreement because of the age of the appliance. "We made a mistake when we sold you and signed the contract" is not a legally valid reason to void a contract.
