George was on time and thoroughly checked out our two water heaters and HVAC unit. He has been here before, and once again did a fine job.
Our very courteous and knowledgeable technician showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly made the repair. First rate service - very pleased !
Karen was our technician, too. Very knowledgable and thorough. She found and fixed the minor problem and then cleaned the entire dryer. She answered all of our questions and was fast and efficient.

After my washing machine broke down and four service calls and replacement parts that had to be ordered the job was completed on 5 August 2016. The second Service Repair man Raymond came on the 29th of July to install a reconditioned part, which he said could not be used as it was leaking oil. He was so good in researching to find a brand new part which he ordered and it was delivered the following week. The Tech showed up on time, did his work with a pleasant attitude and in a timely fashion and left for his next appointment.
My service man was on time and polite. He realized quickly what was wrong with our refrigerator door and needed to order parts. He ordered them and we rescheduled for the following week. The parts arrived within a few days and he was back to fix it. The repair took less than a half hour and he was done. Quick, efficient, polite and I would use them again!
