Technician showed up on time. Made the repair and was gone in around 30 minutes. I was very happy with the service.
I just love Sears because of their warranty they offer on our appliances. Just picked out a new refrigerator because a part had been discontinued for our old one. The service guy was friendly and knowledgeable. I also have my other appliances covered through Sears. In summery, they always do a great job servicing our appliances.
I was very pleased with the repair service for my dishwasher. He repaired it and showed me what had broken. He was very pleasant and got the job done quickly.
