Highly recommend! Great all the way around and thts rare for Erlanger but he is the absolute best hands down♥️
After my previous GI pushed pills despite me obviously needing surgery for my GERD he finally greenlit me for a TIF procedure.
No problems with Dr Rice but his office is terrible. Every year it takes multiple calls to get paperwork turned into the insurance company for my prescription. I’d believe them if it wasn’t the same song and dance every year. Takes me getting involved and me multiple phone calls to them after talking to the pharmacy (they send the request first and it’s apparently not even looked at by his staff).
