This is a hair salon that is not to be missed! I travel one hour for my appt. I live in northern Westchester County. Sarah has cut and colred my hair previously! Medium length hair. Now I have a very chic pixie look. I have a sense of freedom from the HAIR! I am loving the hair Sarah. By the way Seagull Salon has fantastic energy.
