Horrible experience. Had an appointment there this morning. Got stuck in traffic on freeway. Called them to let them know I would be a little late. Arrived 3 minutes after their arbitrary deadline. They tagged me as a 'no show' and declined to evaluate me. I'm a 73 year old, Disabled Veteran in a wheel chair. Their office is NOT ADA compliant. I had trouble getting through the front door with someone holding it open. The threshold is significantly raised and combined with a narrow heavy door a major impediment to my access. ... read more
